Jessica Moore is usually developing her recipes in her Seattle kitchen, alternating between tripping over one spaniel laying on the floor at her feet and catching one German shorthaired pointer stealing leaves of kale out of the fridge.  When she can hold on to the kale, she is always trying to find new ways to incorporate it into unsuspecting recipes.  She does not appreciate being restricted from donuts or beer and makes the most of all her Good Decisions to allow forgiveness for all the other decisions.  Her day job in project management for a restaurant group has made her crazily organized around her CSA and vegetable consumption schedule.
