Ingredients
- 1/2 pound pork, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon red hot chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Tamari soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Directions
In a large skillet combine all ingredients and sauté at medium heat pork is cooked through. Serve alone or over brown rice.
