Total Time: 10 minutes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 baby bok choy, rinsed and quartered
- 1/2 pound oyster mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
In a large saucepan heat olive oil at medium heat. Add bok choy, mushrooms and garlic. Saute until bok choy begins to brown and garlic is fragrant. Season with salt and serve!
