Total Time: 30 minutes
- 2 tablespoons ghee, melted and divided
- 4 cod fillets, (6-8 oz each)
- 1 sea salt and pepper
- 4 lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 400°F
1. Coat your baking dish lightly with ghee.
2. Place cod in baking dish and brush the top of each fillet with remaining ghee and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake until firm, about 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve with lemon wedges.
