Chai Turmeric Cooler

Makes: 6 cups
Ingredients
- 1 large orange beet
- 1 cup carrots, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 ounce sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 coconut milk, canned
- 2 cups coconut water
- 2 large raw eggs, optional
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth!
