Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- 1 2oz , thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon
- 1/4 cup , sliced thin
- 1 fresh dill, to garnish
Directions
Gently separate the salmon strips and roll into a small roll. Place the salmon onto a cucumber slice. Top with red onions, capers, and dill. Repeat to make 12 rounds. Serve Immediately.
