Ingredients
- 1 15oz can , drained and rinsed
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup
- 1 large garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon , ground
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 paprika, ground, for serving
Directions
Place beans , lemon, and tahini in a food processor, and process for 1 minute. Add the garlic, olive oil, salt, cumin and process for an additional minute. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl with a spatula, then process another 30 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add the water one tablespoon at a time to achieve desired consistency
Using the spatula, scrape the hummus into a bowl then drizzle about 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the top and sprinkle with paprika.
