Makes: 2 cups
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 small lemon wedges, (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon honey, raw unfiltered, (optional)
Fill a small saucepan with 2 cups cold water and bring to a boil. Measure out one half cup of fresh parsley and add it to the boiling water. Turn off heat and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. Pour liquid through a strainer into a mug. Discard the parsley leaves and add in honey and lemon if desired. Drink immediately.
