Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 handfuls spinach
- 2 tablespoons brewers yeast
- 1 tablespoon spirulina, powdered
- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 ounce pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Ice
- 2 cups coconut water
- 2 raw eggs, optional
Directions
Place all ingredients in an upright blender and blend until completely liquefied.
