The Perfect Grilled Corn on the Cob


Preheat grill to medium

Remove the husks and silk from corn. Coat corn generously with butter. Place directly over heat on medium-hot grill. Rotate when dark spots appear and kernels deepen in color, usually about 2 to 3 minutes. Cook until ears are uniformly cooked, about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and serve with chives and butter.
