Makes: 1/2 cup
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon
- 1/4 cup olive oil, unrefined extra virgin
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 sea salt and pepper
- Combine all dressing ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
