Mango Coconut Chia Pudding
Total Time: 5 hours
- 3 13.5 ounce can(s) coconut milk
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons dark maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a large container. Mix well and close container. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5-6 hours.
Divide into bowls and top with fresh or frozen mango chunks.
