I can’t say enough about this easy yet absolutely delicious pork chop recipe. The secret is not overcooking the pork chops and dusting them heavily with salt and sage.

Many pork chop recipes contain so many delicious ingredients and marinades that are simply ruined by overcooking the pork chop, rendering it a rubbery, chewy hunk of something that really does not resemble delicious pork. Remember, once you remove the pork from heat it will continue to cook. Any of the many pork chop recipes will be served well, simply by resisting the urge to overcook it!

Directions

1. Wash and pat dry pork chops. Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and sage.

2. Bring grill temperature to medium heat. Grill pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side.

3. Remove from heat and cover with foil. Let rest for 10 minutes. Serve.
