Roasted Sweet and Savory Yams with Red Onion & Thyme

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lay the sweet potatoes and red onion out in a single layer on a roasting tray. Drizzle the butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, thyme, salt and pepper over the potatoes. Roast for 30-40 minutes in oven or until tender, stirring once or twice for even browning.
  3. Serve!
