- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, unrefined extra virgin

Directions
Heat olive oil in the same skillet over medium high heat. Add the carrot slivers and salt. Sauté until the carrots begin to brown but do not get too soft, about 3 minutes. Serve warm.
