Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup shallot, sliced
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar, unseasoned
- 2 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos
- 1/2 cup sesame oil, unrefined
Directions
Blend ginger, shallot, peanut butter, vinegar, Bragg's sauce, and sesame oil using a hand blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
