Sichuan Green Beans

Directions

  1. Cook beans in boiling water for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and plunge into an ice bath. Pat beans completely dry.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add green beans and cook 3 minutes or until browned. Spoon them into a bowl.
  3. Add shallots, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper to same pan. Sauté until garlic begins to brown. Return green beans to wok. Add vinegar and Bragg’s sauce to pan. Toss to combine. Serve
