- 6 6oz grouper fillets, skinless
- 1 sea salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
Pat fish dry and sprinkle with salt. Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add fish and sear until nicely brown, flip and continue to cook until golden and just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Serve.
