Smoked Salmon Cucumber Rolls with Onion and Dill


With a knife core the seeds out of the center of the cucumber being careful not to cut all the way through. You are creating a pocket to stuff all your nummy goodies into. Gently separate the salmon strips and roll into a small roll. Place the salmon in the cut out center of the cucumber. Top with red onions, leeks, capers, and dill. Repeat to make 12 rolls. Serve Immediately.
