- 4 large free range eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 handfuls unrefined sea salt
- 1 handfuls ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons water
1. Heat a medium non stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Crack the eggs into the pan. As the eggs cook you will see them start to change color.
2. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover pan. The water will steam the tops of the eggs preventing them from being runny and make them light and fluffy. Cook until the tops of the whites are set but the yolk is still runny. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
