I have been spending time recently developing some great smoothie recipes. I have not released these yet onto the website because I am thinking of putting together an official “Book of Smoothies”.

Almond Golden Berry Blast
Serves: 4
I used dried golden berries in this recipe. These are like little gooseberries, rich in antioxidants, bioflavonoids, and carotene (good for healthy skin and heart!). These little nuggets are also a great source of vitamin A and fiber!
Ingredients:
1 cup soaked almonds
1 small ripe papaya
½ cup chopped pineapple
1 banana
½ cup dried golden berries
1 teaspoon fresh coarsely chopped ginger
2 tablespoons Maca powder
2 cups coconut water
2 cups ice
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
