Can you say Nummo!! This Herbed Wild Rice Stuffing with Mushrooms and Onions turned out so good I don’t think I will ever go back to a the classic bread variety! The mushrooms gave it a nice meaty texture and flavor, and the herbs just screamed Thanksgiving! Gluten free, dairy free and soy free, this is a fantastic holiday addition to any holiday table.
You’ll never know what you’re missing without the bread! It even makes for a nice vegetarian lunch on it’s own. Did someone say leftovers? I love to make big batches of this “stuffing” because it seems to go like hot cakes! Definitely a big hit in my family.
