Tossed Green Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette



1. Whisk all dressing ingredients together.

2. Place salad greens in a salad bowl and top with tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and sunflower seeds. Pour dressing over salad. Season salad with salt and pepper, to taste, and toss to combine.

    1. Hi Patricia, Raw apple cider vinegar has not been pasturized. “With the mother” means that the vinegar contains the start, or mother vinegar, from which it is fermented. It is a powerful cleansing and healing vinegar that aids digestion and contains naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic properties.

      Braggs is a really good brand, this can be found in most grocery stores. Here is a picture to help you identify it!
