Directions
1. Blend ginger, shallot, peanut butter, vinegar, Bragg’s sauce, and sesame oil in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
2. Put cabbage, daikon radish, red radishes, scallions, and peanuts in a large serving bowl. Pour in peanut dressing; toss thoroughly to combine.
