Total Time: 15 minutes
- 5 , peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup , diced
- 1/4 cup , chopped
- 1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, optional
In a medium bowl, mash together all ingredients. Refrigerate 1-2 hours for best flavor, or serve immediately.

Mmmmm homemade guacamole is one of my all-time favorite foods!! Of course I love to eat it with your classic corn tortilla chips, but I also really enjoy it served atop fish, in tacos, on an omelette, and straight off the spoon! How about you? What's you favorite way to enjoy guacamole?
