The only rule is that you are not allowed to feel guilty about your reward meal, and there are no judgments about you or the food you will enjoy. I personally go for the bacon cheeseburger, french fries, and an ice cold beer. Sometimes, I get torn between that and a bottle of red wine with a huge slice of chocolate cake!
