Simple Pan Seared Chicken Breast

Serves 6


6 organic chicken breasts
2 tablespoons ghee
Unrefined sea salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Heat a skillet over medium high heat. pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Put chicken in the pan and sear until browned. Turn chicken over, and place in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice chicken and place on individual plates. Serve with leafy green salad or White Beans with Onions and Herbs!
